You asked for it, you got it: We are now integrated with a huge, high quality public beer & beverage database for autocomplete.

Now when adding a beverage, you'll see autocompletions from your private database as usual, plus any matches from our public database. You can use this to pull in new beverages faster than typing them up yourself.

When you select a beverage from the public database, it'll get copied into your private database for any local edits—giving you the flexibility the change descriptions, metadata, or anything else.

Your private database entries always take precedence, meaning you'll always see those matches first, before any public database entries.

We're back with some more product improvements!

We've improved the Menu Editor

We've made a host of small usability improvements to our menu editor. Check it out!

• Quick section jumper: You'll now see a drop-down menu where you can easily jump to a specific section. You can also add and rearrange sections through this control.
• Consolidated settings: We know, there were a lot of buttons! We've moved some of the less frequently used buttons—like delete menu and delete section—into these settings buttons.
• More mobile friendly: Things can get crowded on mobile pretty easily, so we've improved the mobile layout. When you editor your menu on a phone, you'll see less clutter.

Last but not least...

Print Menus have moved!

Our Print Menu Editor lets you customize any menu and download it as a PDF, great for printing.

Previously, you'd find this editor in the global left navigation. However this was a little clunky as you'd still have to pick the menu you want to edit.

Now you can find the Print Menu Editor on each and every menu—just click the big Print button and you'll see an option to create a new printable edition, along with any others you've previously created, for that menu.

We've launched a brand new Web Theme with a bunch of improved features! Here's what's new:

• Automatic refresh: If you update your menu while the customer has it loaded, they will see a discrete notification.
• Multi-menu support: Got more than one menu? Our new theme features an improved menu switcher.
• Cleaner, mobile-friendly layout: Menus are laid out better for phones and mobile devices.
• Section descriptions: You can set and show descriptions for any menu section.

How do I try it?

Visit the Web Page section of the dashboard and look for the "Switch now" button. Don't worry, you can switch back later if you prefer your old theme.
